If WebShell Pro isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase — monthly or Lifetime — and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions beyond what helps us improve.

Subscription renewals

Meant to cancel but got charged for another month? Contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it and cancel the subscription.

How to request a refund

Email support@web-shell.app from the address you purchased with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
Include the order number from the receipt if you have it handy.
Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

A note on chargebacks

Please reach out to us before opening a bank dispute — we resolve refund requests quickly, and a direct refund is faster for you than a chargeback.
