WebShell

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Who we are

WebShell is a browser extension developed and operated by Juan Manuel Castellanos Hernandez ("WebShell", "we"). Contact: support@web-shell.app.

2. The service

The free extension runs entirely on your machine. WebShell Pro is an optional paid upgrade that adds features backed by our hosted infrastructure — currently ssh sessions carried through our WebSocket relay, with more Pro features to come. Pro requires a valid license.

3. Purchases, billing and taxes

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoices and refund processing, under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. We receive your email address and purchase status; we never see your payment details.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

5. Licenses

A license is for your personal use across your own browsers and devices. Sharing, reselling or publishing license keys is not allowed; we may revoke keys that are abused, with a refund where that is fair.

6. Acceptable use of the relay

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We work to keep the Pro infrastructure highly available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Your purchase itself is additionally covered by Paddle's buyer terms noted above.
